Making order at GAVITON can never be easier. There are 2 ways to make your purchases:

For Individuals

1.Fill up your shopping cart
2.Make payment via PAYPAL, credit card
3.Our delivery department will contact you for actual delivery timing.
4.Items will be delivered to you within 3 working days, otherwise stated.

For Organisations
1.Send us a quotation request here and our sales personnel will contact you.
2.After you had received the quotation, kindly acknowledge (signature / company stamp) and email back to us.
3.Item will be delivered to you within 3 working days, otherwise stated. Payment to be make according to the payment terms stated in the quotation.

For Defective Products
1.Product can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.
2.Original proof of purchase is required for exchange.

GAVITON Product Exchange Regulations
1.Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
2.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3.To complete your exchange, original proof of purchase is required.
4.No refund of difference if price of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.
5.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
6.Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
